I was young and wild when I embarked on the journey of a lifetime.  My fellow warriors and I were destined for a legendary place.  

Just off the coast of French Guiana sits Devil’s Island and the remains of one of the worst prison colonies in history.  Prisoners who called this place home were trapped, surrounded by water and the dark menacing South American jungle that lay beyond.

I was at an event this week that I had a great time at there was about 200 people that showed up to both enjoy and appreciate beer. I was able to connect with people that I had met before and got to meet some new people that were really interesting. I really did have a great time. After the event they sent out surveys to get feedback from the people that had gone. I thought everyone that I chose to talk to were very friendly. As I read the reviews everyone was positive but then a person really slammed everyone and said how rude everyone was and how hard it was to talk to anyone.

Picture this: you're at a club having fun,when  you see a really attractive girl... and you decide to talk with her. You walk up and shout in her ear your opening line. She seems to hear you, yet, she has no reaction at all. She even seems to be turning away as you speak. What happened?

Most likely she didn't hear you. And, since she didn't know you, she decided to ignore you. Ouch!
