Diversity vs. One-trackedness

I thought I would just write today.   The fact is, I've always loved to write.. Sometimes, I get great ideas, I jot them down, and mull over them throughout the days...sometimes they turn into weeks, months even...and some never get shared with any of you.  I decided today, to take the liberty to just write, no particular topic.  You may have followed me in the past before, or you may not have even heard of me.  Either way, I'm glad you are reading this now!

How to Start Physical Intimacy With a Woman

Most men are in one of two camps when it comes to getting started on physical intimacy with a woman:

Either they aren't sure where to get started - even knowing what to do first - or are too shy or intimidated to dare to be the first...

Or they know what they are doing, but don't know WHY human courtship works in steps of attraction, or they do the steps out of order.

This article I put out in Maximum Fitness Magazine shows you exactly what to do and in what order.

Encouraging Words for Singles

II have been married since 1995 and I started dating my husband since 1985(we are both slow people-my husband is slower than me).Consequently, I can’t say that I am up on the current dating scene.   However, whenever, I read about current singles and the difficulties in finding someone it strikes me as a truly amazing miracle that anyone in the world can find their soul mate.

However, for those of you who are looking for your life partner and feel discouraged about finding that special someone please consider these points:

Winter Blues, Mindfulness and Escapism

“In the midst of winter I know there is in me an invincible summer”-Albert Camus.

This time of year in the Boston area, I understand what Camus meant.    The weather has been awful;for several weekends we have been housebound because of the snow.   Between bad weather and everyone being sick,   I have had virtually no social life this winter.    Everyone here is sick of the winter and is waiting for spring.    I feel that I can no longer stand these short, cold, snowy winter days.

Frustration and how to deal with it

I despise this emotion on a superficial level. However, in terms of evolutionary psychology, I think it is necessary and extremely handy for future coping and survival.

We all experience frustration each and everyday. It is a seemingly and often times inevitable emotion that evokes negative emotions, leaves us in rumination, and ultimately, cuts in our time for the worse. Today I wish to discuss the nature of frustration, how to deal with it, and the applications for one's life.

The notion of validity: external vs. internal

The notion of validity has interested me for quite awhile now. The reason why validity has interested me is because I am intrigued by human behavior, and why people act the way they do. In this post, I will explain the notions of external vs. internal validity, the underlying reasons for the two notions, and the great significance and ramifications of living your life based on indulging in these types of validity.
