There has been a great deal of talk about the importance of men developing "Alpha Male" Skills in order to get ahead in life, and most often we think of "tough guys" and aggressive moves when we think of that phrase.
What about the men you have seen power ahead of others on the sheer force of their overwhelming FRIENDLINESS?
You know the kind of guy I'm talking about. He may not be the best looking, or tallest, or richest guy, or even the brightest, but you silently feel at least a twinge of dislike or even jealousy when he's around, because he's just soooo well-known, and everyone seems to like him (more than you.)
What's worse, you'd be willing to "live and let live," except for the fact that he's always "stealing your thunder." Which is something you suspect he doesn't even KNOW HE DOES...
...so you can't even manage to dislike him yourself!
You do like him, except that part of you doesn't. It's just that he has so much CHARISMA as compared to you.
It may not even be your style to be the "life of the party," so you're willing to be "beta" instead of the "Alpha Male" in social gatherings, the workplace, and the dating market.
Yet time and time again these guys have a way of accidentally (or purposely) "one-upping" you, even "jock blocking" you - stealing away with your women of interest, your job leads, and sometimes, even your sense of pride in yourself.
It doesn't have to be that way with the KWML System of Personality.

I was once talking to a business ally about the notion of "being an Alpha Male" and his response was remarkable. He said he felt that there could be all kinds of these "Alpha Males."
It was helpful to think of "cave men."
While there could be a cave man type who would ambush strangers at the entrance of his community's cave, pouncing on and pummelling them, there could also be a very different, opposite kind of cave man who had an entirely different kind of skill...
...one where he was the most gifted "party host," the most well-known and friendly leader, by which he had a LOCK on the hearts and minds of his village, and soon, those of the stranger as well. A good story teller, but fierce fighter as well, he didn't HAVE to get aggressive in order to have his way with people.
He was a friendly politician, and above all, FULL OF CHARISMA.
You may have thought to yourself at times how you "wish people could see all that you are inside," that they - the women, the colleagues, the folks in your community, could really know "what you have going for you," how you feel insdie and what you are really WORTH.
If only they could experience that, they would treat you entirely differently - with honor and respect!
If they don't, it's because you're not CONVEYING it well, and more than that, you are not READING what it is that - in fact - they VALUE most in the personalities of others.

It's SOCIAL POLITICS, and when you learn it, you are going to be using it on everyone you meet.
It's uncanny in its accuracy and effectiveness at BUILDING SOCIAL CIRCLES, as well as TEAMS or GROUPS of social connections.
Did you ever feel unfairly treated, where someone shot down your idea, or wanted to go off with a different group socially than your own, leaving you standing there?
It's because you lacked the type of CHARISMA that suits your personality style, and you didn't have a KWML Match of personality with that person.

In the end, the most successful man is the one who not only makes the most other people in his circles the HAPPIEST. He is also the one who knows WHY AND HOW to choose only the RIGHT people to do so with - through the power of his specific type of CHARISMA.
It all has to do with reading personalities, in which, "opposites attract."
