Considering transforming ALL FORUMS to MEMBERS ONLY.

Why?

Spammers.

Flamers.

Drama that doesn't teach.

And for some reason (maybe we are rising in popularity and usefulness, and a threat to other non-science-based services), other companies are trolling the free areas.

Interested in your opinion, especially members for whom it isn't fair to be serious enough to have full services including teleseminars, versus anonymous and spectator-observers some of whom may have no vested interest in taking the material, using it and bettering their lives.

Every disc course gets at least a month complimentary on the member forums of http://www.doctorpaulondemand.com, and they need a place to really start using the material undistracted, and the time of moderator/coaches who can guide their progress.

Honestly, I really hope you won't...

I'm a student, and I know the forums aren't expensive, but I don't have the money for it.

Plus, I love the community here, and it doesn't really make sense to let the foibles of the few ruin the opportunities on this forum for the many.

I've gotten a lot from the members here, have people on here I'd even consider, in some way, friends.

But, that said... if people are out to sabotage your mission, to steal people away from you, to use their siren song to call some of us away and stop the growth of some individuals, in other words, being destructive to people who especially need the opposite... well, it's your company, and you gotta do what you gotta do.

As a sidenote, I had hoped to someday be awesome enough to be a moderator here! Haha, that could always still happen, it'll just be far in the future, especially if you make the forums members only.

I have recently stopped posting so often, because of these reasons.

I started to sense that some of the free forums contain some ulterior motives or they are just playing at personal growth and are not that interested in progressing.

Alot of great advice from the forum coaches and members is just wasted.

I vote Yes, to changes.

Guys who post a lot on the free and are free only ought to consider writing to josh@menspsychology.com to be considered to be a moderator, which is of course free status, only it's on the member's forum too. whysoseriousuk - you have awesome questions and comments in the member area and teleseminars! Stick to that!

Your comp is running rampant WHERE I LIVE. damn near talkin about common topics as if the idea is their's. Natural game and bs like that its just high Character. It is messing up dude's lingo. Every regular word you have they take and change. Its funny as hell lisenin to somebody say there not in STATE to eat pizza, or don't have RAPPORT with a pet goldfish. Grown ass men talking silly.

There trying and it is helping partially but at the beginning middle and end of the day, its poison laced advice.

I Think they will Easily pay once you limit the free forum. Bs will lesson though and somtimes that all you can hope for.

Anyway get the free forum out is my vote. (Add to the newsletter or blogs to compensate or having a free forum questioning or answerng service are some options that come to mind.)

In addition, there will be a scholarship program for men who qualify - students and others who could use the help, and are serious about building some skills. These will be chosen by the moderators.

And of special note: ALL DISC PROGRAMS NOW COME WITH A CHECKBOX TO ENJOY A 1-3 MONTH MEMBERSHIP along with the program purchased.

and moderators will vote MONTHLY on 3 students or guys in need who submit an application, to get a SCHOLARSHIP for three months each.

So there's always a way for a guy who really needs it, to get advice and friendship!

Uh, Lone Wolf, what are you talking about? Nothing changes except all spammers and posers will be eliminated. That's not you right?

Therefore you will be staying.

No content will be destroyed, no changes will be made for those who already post. Just the lurkers and competing companies that have a habit of copying and pasting to create their content will be eliminated.

If you want a scholarship and can't afford to pay a DOLLAR A DAY, then by all means you deserve one.

I can see where the idea's coming from, but what is the value of the free forums as a marketing tool?

You can't ignore things like Craig's List - full of junk (my buddy almost bought a HOUSE from somebody who didn't even own it), yet there's good people using the service anyway (a Chicago radio station had a morning dedicated to people who met their significant others there).

There's also the "slow" learners who try something, then drop it, then come back to it after some time, rinse, repeat. I think those people would gravitate towards "free" - anything.
